AIGA Vote Poster 2012

In October 2012, AIGA held a competition to design a poster to encourage voting during the election season. This was one of our projects during my Graphic Design 3 course.
The Concept
No one questions the fact that Facebook serves a prominent role in modern society. This digital society is filled with likes, pokes, retweets, etc... and, let's be honest, they really don't mean a whole lot. The idea behind this vote poster was to bring to light that no matter how often you 'like' a politician's status, or share a word from your favorite political party, things don't really change. The only way things will change is if you get away from your computer and go vote!
